Caring For Our Industry And Communities

The Hospitality industry is about serving with care and we believe in serving our industry and communities where we operate.

As of 2025 we are an official charity partner to Hospitality Action (include link to their website). This incredible organisation offers vital assistance to past and present hospitality workers, whether they have financial, physical or mental health needs.

Our hotels also support more than 50 charities every year. Hotels are the lifeblood of the communities where we operate so it is only right that we give back. We are involved in everything ranging from organising soup kitchens in Leeds and York and First Aid Assistance in Edinburgh right through to providing school breakfast buffets, auctions and furniture donations.

Since 2019 our Splendid KFC restaurants in the Midlands and Northeast have supported Cash for Kids’ Mission Christmas, ensuring that no child or young adult up to 18 years of age goes without a gift when they may need it the most. Our unbranded support has ensured that in 2024 we have helped raise over £200,000.
