On 21st May, Coram’s Fields officially opened its new Junior Play Zone, a vibrant, inclusive space that will bring joy to thousands of children and families each year.

The project has been made possible through a collective effort from supporters across the community, including corporate partners who stepped forward at a critical moment to help bring the vision to life.

Splendid Hospitality is one of several partners who supported the new Play zone becoming a reality and are now exploring how they may continue supporting the charity and its wider work with children and young people in the future.

Together, these partnerships demonstrate the powerful role businesses can play in supporting children, families and community spaces in London.

Coram’s Fields provides an invaluable seven acre open urban space for children in Bloomsbury and the surrounding area.

They attract in the region of 250,000 visitors a year, with a huge proportion of those being local residents.  Its proximity to Great Ormond Street generates even greater value with children and parents from the Hospital enjoying the space and benefitting from other initiatives including the live feed of the Coram’s Fields annual firework display.
