Our QSR division is home to two leading brands — KFC and more recently Chaiiwala — operated with the same passion for people, quality, and excellence that runs throughout Splendid Hospitality Group.​

We currently operate 38 KFC restaurants, delivering the highest standards of operational performance and service delivery, supported by our highly experienced General Managers and their restaurant teams.​

In recent years two of our General Managers were awarded a place in the KFC Champ’s Club, a prestigious recognition celebrating leaders who exemplify operational excellence and people brilliance.​

In 2025, we were delighted to expand our portfolio further through a new franchise partnership with Chaiiwala, one of the fastest-growing South Asian quick service brands in the UK. This exciting collaboration marks a new chapter for Splendid Restaurants as we bring the unique Chaiiwala experience to our guests — a blend of authentic flavours, warm hospitality, and vibrant café culture.​
